Employee Enrollment Process

Initial Enrollments and New Hires

  • Plan Administrators - Please reachout to your BSG Inc Broker if you have immediate questions or needs once the enrollment process is underway.

  • Once your organization is ready for enrollment, communication goes out via text and email to the Staff List provided by your organization. Enrollment information sheet will be provided so that you can give to staff/post in common areas. This will prompt them to save the phone number and email.

    Phone: 930.212.3143 Email: [email protected]

It is very important that they save this info in their contacts to ensure deliverabilty of critical information.

  • Preferrablly, we will start communication 3-4 days prior to intial enrollment period starting. A series of texts and emails with links to schedule an Intitial 1 on 1 with a BSG Inc Health Advisor will be sent to employees over a 7 day period.

Note for SWI Programs: Employees will not progress to scheduling an appointment until they review and sign a Statement of Understanding.

  • Once employees schedule a time that is convenient for them, two things will happen.

    1. They will be redirected to review and sign an Agent of Record: Privacy and Consent form.

    2. They will receive an additional information email that is relevant to the Benefit Program type of your organization. It is important that they gather necessary information (Info Checklist is provided) and sign off on a Statement of Understanding if applicable.

  • During the Initial Meeting our Health Advisors will work with individuals to shop for health insurance in different markets and with an array of health insurers:

-Health Insurance Marketplace (State or Federal Exchanges)

-Individual Markets to include national PPO networks

-STM or Short term medical plans

-Medi Share

-Dental and Vision, if applicable

We will send them multiple solutions that fit there indivdual needs to review. They can text, email or call with any questions they have and they will get a response within 24hrs but response times are usally faster.

Any SWI or ICHRA contributions will be refered back to plan administartors to discuss with the employees.

  • For those that wish to waive coverage they will get prompts to review and sign a waiver form.

  • In most cases 1-2 meetings are necessary to complete enrollment. Kentuckey Clients may experience additional delays do to slow response times or KHBE system errors that will require additional meetings. Please be patient through this process.

Once enrollment is completed they will receive a Welcome Email that will have some reminders of best practices and also a link to register themselves for MDLive, our FREE 24/7 telemedicine. They will be able to not only register themselves but all family members in the household regardless of enrollment.
